Withdrawing your funds from Ladder is simple and secure. You can request a withdrawal at any time through the app. Most withdrawal processes are completed in 24 hours or less, depending on the financial institution managing your funds. Rest assured that all withdrawals are processed in compliance with the regulatory standards of our partner institutions.

The Ladder app is free to use, however there are a few fees associated with purchasing assets on the platform. We charge a GHC 5 monthly account maintenance fee for accounts that purchase assets on the platform, and a 1.5% commission on investments at the point of purchase.
